Oregon Has no active branches of the NSM. All types therefore take advantage of this beautiful state. I live in Eastern Oregon, and blacks are filling up the town where I live. I am barred from membership because of a felony(Attemted Assault in the second degree. In defence of my female thirteen year old cousin.), or I would rally myself.
In my area, I know of one Sg. in your organization, and he feels the same way about the influx of blacks as myself.
So if a way to contact helpers for the cause would be possible, it would be greatly apprecated.
