The Dark One

You would call me the Dark One.
But am I Dark only because you have not seen my Light?
That I may show you my Light, you must first be willing to look into my darkness unafraid.
Then you will understand.
Then you will see me as I Am.
For my Light is of such gravity that it may not escape me;
For it bends upon itself and renews me.
That I may endure your trepidation.
