Buddy, if you can trace your white ancestry back to the 14th century, it is a non-issue. We have a standing rule that no one with more than 1/16th non-white blood can ever be a member of this party. I think you qualify.
As for your other questions; we have differnet divisions so that individuals can pick their level of committment. Our Skinhead Division is non-uniformed, attends our rallys and supports us. They just elect not to don a uniform.
As for your membership dues, damn near 100% of all money that comes into the NSM is put directly back into the organization. We have a college scholarship fund, records, clothing, rallys, etc... All of this takes money. To be an effective political organization you must reach out to the public and be seen. Often, this costs a few bucks.
