Understanding cables

1.  (SBU)  On December 1, PolCouns and PolOff delivered the 
message in reftel concerning the possibility of forthcoming 
terrorist attacks in Kenya, Yemen and/or Djibouti to Ali 
Ayad, personal assistant to Foreign Minister Marwan Muasher. 
Ayad noted that Royal Jordanian flies to Yemen and said the 
GOJ is concerned about strikes against commercial airliners, 
and would pass the information to the appropriate 
authorities. 
 
2.   (SBU)  We also delivered the message to the Civil 
Aviation Authority.
