Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

On January 28, Econoff delivered reftel demarche to Abdullah 
al-Olafi, Sub-Governor for the Banking Supervision Sector at 
the Central Bank of Yemen.  Olafi said that he had not heard 
of Banco Delta Asia or any associated front companies, but 
would release a circular to commercial banks asking them to 
report any relevant transactions.  Olafi promised to share 
with post any new information on this matter.
