Date: January 4, 2006 
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain 
presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States 
of America in the Kingdom of Bahrain and referring to the 
Bahraini detainees issue in Guantanamo, the Ministry 
appreciates and values the decision of the Government of the 
United States to release three of them. The Government and 
the People of the Kingdom of Bahrain were pleased for the 
return of the three Bahraini citizens on November 5, 2005. 
The Ministry also appreciates the efforts made by H.E. the 
Ambassador and the Embassy Members which helped in issuing 
the decision to release the detainees. 
 
In the spirit of cooperation and friendship between the two 
countries, the Ministry would very much appreciate it if the 
esteemed Embassy would kindly convey the desire of the 
Kingdom of Bahrain to release the other three Bahraini 
detainees in Guantanamo and they are as follows: 
 
Juma Mohammed Al Dossary 
Isa Ali Al Murbati 
Salah Abdul Rasool Al Balooshi 
 
The Ministry avails itself of this opportunity to renew to 
the esteemed Embassy the assurances of its highest 
consideration.
