ΒΆ1. (SBU) Poloff delivered demarche as requested in reftel to 
Ms. Gerelmaa, Second Secretary with the International 
Organizations Department (IOD) of the Ministry of Foreign 
Affairs and Trade.  Gerelmaa noted the political sensitivity 
to the GOM of certain international human rights issues and 
promised to forward U.S. concerns to Ambassador Baatar. 
Baatar is the IOD Director and is heading the GOM delegation 
at the UNGA.
