Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

for November 5, 2003.  Please note that

2. Turkiye / Due to an explosion of military- 
related scrap metal in Payas, Dortyol, Hatay 
province, one person died and two people were 
wounded. 
 
 
3. Evrensel / Public school teacher Gulabi 
Koseoglu was expelled from his teaching post in 
1996 for participating in the organization of 
the World Peace Day celebrations in Adana. 
Koseoglu stated that according to the EU 
Harmonization Package, he should be reinstated 
in his job because he has committed no crime.
