Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (SBU) We delivered reftel demarche and accompanying non-paper to 
Judite Dobele, the Head of the Latvian MFA's Asia, Africa and 
Oceania Division.  Dobele reiterated the GOL's position that the 
international community should put pressure on Iran through more 
sanctions and welcomed U.S. efforts to do so.  She said the GOL 
will review the list of newly sanctioned Iranian entities for local 
connections.
