(SBU) CDA discussed points in Ref A on September 28 with 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chief of Staff Bernard Bonda, 
currently the most senior MFA official present in the Central 
African Republic.  Bonda agreed that Iran's action are worrisome 
and mentioned CAR's problem with insurgent groups who have 
incorporated Islamist goals into their ideology.  He said he 
would discuss the matter with Minister of Foreign Affairs Gambi.
