Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

On July 29, poloff delivered reftel demarche to Tove 
Skagerwall, Desk Officer at the MFA.  Skagerwall said Sweden 
is a strong supporter of Turkey's accession to the EU.  In a 
press statement on July 30, Foreign Minister Carl Bildt 
positively reacted to the decision by the Turkish 
Constitutional Court not to ban the AK Party.
