Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1.  This is an action request. See paragraphs 2-6. 
 
2. USDel is instructed to vote against the resolution 
entitled "Work of the Special Committee to Investigate 
Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the 
Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied 
Territories." 
 
3. USDel is instructed to vote against the resolution 
entitled "Applicability of the Geneva Conventions Relative 
to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 
12 August 1949, to the Occupied Palestinian Territory, 
including East Jerusalem, and the Other Occupied Arab 
Territories." 
 
4. USDel is instructed to vote against the resolution 
entitled "Israeli Settlements in the Occupied Palestinian 
Territory, including East Jerusalem and the Occupied 
Syrian Golan." 
 
5. USDel is instructed to vote against the resolution 
entitled "Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of 
the Palestinian People in the Occupied Palestinian 
Territory, including East Jerusalem." 
 
6. USDel is instructed to abstain from voting on the 
resolution entitled "The Occupied Syrian Golan."
