1.  REQUEST PERMISSION FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR 
AMBASSADOR B. LYNN PASCOE TO ACCEPT AN INVITATIONAL TRAVEL 
GIFT FUNDED BY THE US-ASEAN BUSINESS COUNCIL FOR THE ANNUAL 
MEETING IN BANGKOK, THAILAND, MARCH 6-8, 2006.  THE ANNUAL 
MEETING CONSISTS OF A DINNER ON MARCH 6 AND A SERIES OF PANEL 
DISCUSSIONS ON MARCH 7 ON TOPICS THAT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT 
IMPACT ON US-ASEAN RELATIONS.  THE US-ASEAN BUSINESS COUNCIL 
WILL PROVIDE ROUND-TRIP TRAVEL FROM JAKARTA TO BANGKOK; 
AIRPORT TRANSFER; AND HOTEL ACCOMODATION FOR NIGHTS OF MARCH
