Understanding cables

Poloff and Gianni Piccato, counselor at the Italian Embassy 
in Ankara, November 19 jointly delivered reftel demarche to 
Kaan Esener, head of the MFA Council of Europe Department. 
Esener said he would coordinate with other relevant MFA 
offices 
and inform the U.S. and Italian embassies when the GOT reaches 
a decision on reftel resolution.
