Emboff delivered reftel talking points urging Slovenian 
assistance in addressing piracy off the Somali coast on 
February 26 to Miljan Majhen, Chair of the Middle East/Gulf 
(COMEM) and Mashrek /Magreb (COMAG) Working Groups and 
Minister Plenipotentiary.  Majhen informed emboff on 28 
February that Slovenia would provide a response after the EU 
Political Security Committee (PSC) meeting on March 5, where 
UN Special Representative for Somalia Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah 
will address the committee.
