Understanding cables

Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1.  (SBU) Head of State King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa will 
not attend the UNGA. 
 
2.  (SBU) Head of Government Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al 
Khalifa will not attend the UNGA. 
 
3.  (SBU) The head of Bahrain's delegation to the UNGA will 
be Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al 
Khalifa.  He will arrive in New York (JFK) on September 18 at 
1950 hrs aboard American Airlines flight 1674.  He will 
depart New York on/about September 25.  He does not intend to 
visit other locations in the U.S.  He will be present for the 
General Debate and deliver Bahrain's statement on September 
20.  He requests Diplomatic Security protection.  We have no 
information about his spouse traveling with him. 
Interpretation is not necessary; he speaks fluent English. 
 
4.  (SBU) Bahrain's Ambassador to the United States Dr. 
Nasser Al Baloushi will attend the UNGA.  We have no 
information on his travel plans.  Interpretation is not 
necessary; he speaks fluent English. 
 
5.  (SBU) MFA Director for International Organization Affairs 
Ghassan Shaikho will attend the UNGA.  He will arrive in New 
York on September 16 and depart on/about September 26. 
Interpretation is not necessary; he speaks fluent English.
