(SBU) On June 12, emboff met with Department of Foreign 
Affairs Disarmament & Non-Proliferation Desk Officer Michael 
Keaveney to discuss attendance at the High-Level Political 
Meeting for the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) to be 
held in Warsaw on June 23.  Keaveney confirmed that the GOI 
intends to participate in the PSI meeting and will be sending 
Ralph Victory, Deputy Head of Mission from the Irish Embassy 
in Poland.
