Understanding cables

ΒΆ1. (U) Per reftel, Emboff delivered a demarche requesting follow-up 
on the Goldstone Report to Ms. Pamela Ingleton of the International 
Organizations Department of the Government of Jamaica (GOJ)'s 
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT).  The 
demarche was delivered on the afternoon of February 25.  Ms. 
Ingleton told Emboff that Jamaica will once again vote in favor of 
the resolution, as it did previously.  Post will convey any 
additional information as it becomes available.
