Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

(SBU) On 13 July, Poloffs spoke with Moroccan Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs (MFA) International Organizations Division, 
Chief of Non-Aligned Movement Nadia Talmi regarding the U.S. 
request for Morocco to influence the drafting of the NAM 
conference statement on Iran.  Talmi advised she would 
communicate the U.S. recommendations to her superiors and to 
the MFA team traveling to the NAM Summit in July.
