Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

Post submitted the two reftel demarches to the Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, February 24.  Regarding the IAEA, 
the Director of Legal Affairs at the MFA said that the IAEA 
proposal would go a long way towards reducing tension on the 
issue of Iran, and he will be discussing the subject with the 
Minister.
