Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

On November 9, 2003, Embassy received GOK Finance Ministry's 
note dated October 21, 2003, which contained the Public 
Authority for Industry's Visions and Remarks regarding the 
GCC Certificate of Conformity Program.  A GOK delegation 
plans to meet with the US delegation on the margins of the 
informal meetings of the Committee on the Technical Barriers 
to Trade in Geneva this month to discuss the points connected 
with the Certificate of Conformity Program.  Post will 
forward copy of dip note and back up documentation to NEA/ARP.
