PROGRAM 
 
1. This is an action request. 
 
2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable 
forwards the names and biodata of two Afghan National Police (ANP) 
officers. These individuals are selected to participate in an INL 
funded Regional Justice Sector training program to take place March 
7, 2007 at Jalalabad. 
 
3. INL has conducted in country vetting and has possesses no 
evidence of human rights violations on the individuals. 
 
4. Following is biographical data for the personnel:
