 PolMilOff and Swiss Embassy Counselor Jean-Hubert Lebet 
delivered reftel demarche to Dutch MFA Security Policy Bureau 
Special Advisor Bas ter Haar on December 21.  Ter Haar 
repeated Dutch support for the program -- previously 
expressed to NP Mike Stafford and DOE/NNSA Jim Turner during 
their 2004 visits to The Hague -- and said that the GONL 
hoped to make a financial contribution to the project in 
ΒΆ2005.  He also said he would determine whether the GONL could 
be represented at the Spietz conference.  PolMilOff noted to 
him the December 23 deadline for confirmation of attendance.
