Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

2. (SBU) Polmiloff passed reftel non-paper and points to Omur 
Yurdakul (1st Secretary in the MFA's Disarmament department) 
on July 30. Yurdakul had no immediate comment regarding the 
paper or points, noting that the GOT had not given thought to 
its own approach in the First Committee during the 58th UNGA. 
She said that she would pass on any comments that others in 
the MFA may have to the Embassy.
