The persons in charge of our assistance centers in different regions are those who can all work hard for Dafa without complaint. Many of these persons, however, just cannot get along well with one another and consequently fail to cooperate in their work. This has greatly damaged Dafa’s image in people’s minds. Some have asked me whether this is because they are incapable of doing the work. I said that this is an everyday person’s view. The crucial reason is that you, as directors and assistant directors of the centers, are cultivators who also have attachments that you cannot give up—you need an environment to get rid of them. But when a conflict arises among those in charge, you usually use the excuse "not cooperating in the work" or "working for Dafa" to push it aside, instead of taking advantage of this good opportunity to search within to improve yourself. As you did not give up your attachments or upgrade yourselves, the conflict will recur the next time. This will indeed interfere with the work for Dafa. Don’t you know that the conflicts among those in charge are arranged by me for you to improve yourselves? Yet you use the work for Dafa to cover up your heart that you should have improved but did not. When the conflict becomes too serious to overcome, you grieve to me in your mind. Do you know how I feel about it at that time? It is not that simply because you are the director of a center and work for Dafa you can complete cultivation without having to improve your xinxing. Even a practitioner can realize that he is improving his xinxing within any conflict—why can’t the director of a center? In order to enable your improvement, it will not do if your heart is not provoked when conflicts arise. Working for Dafa is also a good opportunity for you to improve your xinxing!

Why do I specifically write this article for you? This is because every act or every statement of yours will directly affect practitioners. If you are doing well in your cultivation, you will do well in spreading the Fa in your local area and practitioners will do better in their cultivation. Otherwise, you will cause damage to the Fa. As you are Dafa’s elite at the level of everyday people, I cannot just let you work without completing cultivation.
