                        INTRODUCTION


     Congratulations on sampling the most powerful software

great day, I feel fantastic!"  Say that enthusiastically
several times and I will bet that you will feel better! 
Changing your internal state or feelings is that simple!  And

doesn't moralize or make personal judgements about what data

     Your mind behaves in the same manner.  Your mind will do
anything imaginable if you tell it often enough and
convincingly enough.  How successful you are at anything is
linked to what you say about yourself and to yourself.  Since
beliefs and attitudes influence behaviour - the more
successful you are on the inside, the more triumphant you
will be on the outside.  By believing you are worthwhile,
important  or valuable, you will project self confidence,
trust and capability.  Your belief will become you!  People
will respond to you differently and this in turn will
reinforce the NEW YOU.  Making a change within yourself will
often produce a change in others.

     Simply put, we are what we tell ourselves.  With Mind

                    HOW MIND POWER WORKS


     How Mind Power works is simple but amazingly powerful.
Mind Power takes a user's chosen message (called an
affirmation) and displays the message on your computer screen
at a pre-determined interval that you select.  Whether you
are working on a spreadsheet, word processor or a database,
Mind Power will interrupt your text-based program and display
your chosen message on the screen from anywhere from 1/10 to
15 seconds.   You decide whether you wish to absorb your
message consciously or just have it display directly into your
subconscious.  

     The advantage of Mind Power is that it is flexible!  Not
only can you decide upon the exposition time (duration) but
you can also program how often you wish to have your message
displayed.  Your message can repeated anywhere from every 10

     Every morning upon rising, repeat aloud  your chosen
affirmation.  Say them over and over in front of the mirror
while shaving or putting on your make-up.  Look yourself
straight in the eye and affirm that your new desired outcome
can be you and, in fact, is you.  Establish rapport with
yourself! 

     When commuting to and from work repeat your chosen
affirmation.  Say them aloud in the privacy of your car and
listen to your own voice while repeating them.  Listening to
your own voice reinforces the "personalism" or the YOU in
your affirmation.  Record your affirmations on tape and play
them often.  Use a personal stereo and reiterate them
silently to yourself while exercising, while working around
the house or just plain relaxing.  One of the best times to
use affirmations is in bed just before falling asleep. 
Saying an affirmation while you are relaxed will have greater
impact and longevity.  

     Finally write out your chosen affirmation several times
a day.  Before starting your work day, prior to turning on
your PC, take a moment and jot down your personal statement
of the day three or more times.  Write your new self-talk
another three times during your coffee break or at lunch.  It
is helpful if you repeat the affirmation to yourself while
writing it.

   The following are examples of limiting beliefs which you
may say to yourself. Following each belief are examples of
rectifying affirmations you can use to rectify these negative
states.  You may use all or only some these affirmations. 
Whatever your choice use them in the sequence provided. 
Because of their length some of these affirmations are
intended to be spoken or written instead of being used in
Mind Power.  Feel free to substitute your own words.

 
Limiting Belief - "I'm never organized!", example:

"I never do what I want to do" or "I never have time to do
the things I want to do!"

Positive Affirmations:

I can see, hear and feel what is important to me.

What is good for me affects my total self - me (my
spiritual wellbeing); my health; my family; my
goals; my career.

What is good for me is good for my health, my family,
my ambitions, my career.
I know what is important for the Total Me.

I take time for me.

I make time for my family/friends (,etc).

Health is important to me and I make time for it.

I make time for the little things (that are important
to me).

I eagerly pursue all my goals that make my life
