MENZELINSK , a See also:

town of eastern See also:Russia, in the See also:government of See also:Ufa, 142 M. N.W. of the town of Ufa, and io m. from the See also:left See also:bank of the See also:Kama. Pop. (1897), 7542. Its See also:fair is one of the most important in the See also:southern Ural region for See also:cattle, hides, furs, See also:grain, See also:tea, manufactured articles, crockery, &c., which are sold to the See also:annual value of £500,000. The town was founded in 1584.
